Orders and Shipping
Within the US it should take no longer than 5-7 business days.
Once the order ships a tracking number will be provided.
Only shipping within United states . AK and HI customers will need to contact me & pay extra shipping charges.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
- Eligible Items:
- Unused, unopened items in original packaging
- Customized items are non-returnable unless defective
- Refund Options:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit (10% bonus value)
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and photo evidence
- We’ll ship the correct item at no cost
- Return shipping for wrong item covered by us
- Keep or donate the incorrect item at our discretion
Damaged/Defective Items:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Replacement or full refund provided
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt
